Pricing questions
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Keep your existing number and forward your calls to MakoAnswer — all of them, or just after-hours and overflow. When you're ready, you can port your number onto the platform.
What counts as a call?
Only real conversations. Spam and robocalls are detected and dropped, and they don't count toward your monthly total. Fair use: each call covers up to 10 minutes of conversation — far longer than a typical receptionist call, which runs about two.
Why do your top tiers cost more than some AI answering services?
Because we don't run the budget stack. MakoAnswer uses premium natural voices and the smartest AI available — the same combination callers mistake for a real person.
